Yup this is Shirou AKA Agent 101 AKA The White Kitsune.... and he's a GUY!!!
It's for the Agent Manga Club, the details on the character is below, I'm thinking of making him a regular!

Full name - Shirou Inoue

Weapon's capabilities - Small transulent cards scripted to make the victim hallucinate, obey commands, become paralyzed. The cards have to touch the victims head in order to affect. The cards can also be used to hack computer terminals due to being digitally created.

Clothing usually worn - Pastel or B&W clothes, usually full-sleeved shirts and slightly darker pants, Is seen wearing pale green or grey suits in formal occasions.

How he became an Agent - Was examined by the Boss at the reaserch facility where the Cards he uses were developed.

A short summary if their life - Showing great mastery over computers as a child and having a manipulative nature, Shirou's parents, both researchers chose him as a subject of their project. As a result the Cards as well as Shirou's ability to telepathically script commands into them came to be. The project was proven to be worthless as it affected no other subjects and was discontinued. During the course of the project the Boss chose Shirou to be recruited once he turned 15.

Personality - Is extremely sarcastic towards the other agents, and uses his witty remarks to insult people often. Shirou is usually shows a firm degree of nonchalance which is only broken when he is reminded that Kitsunes are supposed to be females, after which he coldly makes the commenter have vile hallucinations. Sometimes Shirou acts like an Elitist jerk (!) who thinks that most other Agents are incompetent. ( yes that IS his personality! NO ONE LAUGH! )
